The entire book has been divided into two parts-(i) General Principles of the Law of Contract and (ii) Specific Relief Act.

Part I dealing with general principles of the Law of Contract is further divided into thirteen chapters containing Section 1 to Section 75 of Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Part II dealing with Specific Relief Act is further divided and elaborated into eight chapters. A large number of new cases relating to Indian Contract Act and Specific Relief Act have been added at relevant places.
